Stella Hoh has more than thirty years of experience designing-delivering business outcome learning solutions, facilitating workshops and executive coaching for clients at senior management position in Malaysia and globally. She started as a business consultant in PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and after eight years, she was appointed the Head of the Talent & Development in PwC until she left the firm in 2015 to start her own business. Whilst in PwC, she transformed the Training outfit to a team of performance consultants who provided learning solutions for business outcomes and delivered performance solutions that went beyond the classroom. She gained her executive coaching experience there where she was one of the coaches to key talents of the firm, locally and regionally. Her work took her to China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Philippines, and Singapore. As the proud owner of her own business known as StepUp Performance Consulting, Stella continues to use her expertise as an Executive Coach and a Performance Consultant to help her clients across the world. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach, a Malaysian Certified Professional Coach, and a member of ICF International, ICF Malaysia and the Malaysian Association of Certified Coaches. She is also certified to administer and coach using the X-360 Leadership Assessment and Development Tool by X-Lead. Due to her rich experience, she has fulfilled the HRDF Train the Trainers exemption and is HRDF certified.
