Estee is an ICF Associate Certified coach (ACC), Certified Professional Coach and is a Life Transformational Coach. Estee’s niche is in integrating metaphysics with coaching as a profiling instrument in transforming people to achieve their best. She has over 20-years of experience in the Retail Merchandising, Branding, and Marketing industry with strong leadership and operations background. Currently, she is a Coach Facilitator, Mentor Coach and Program Manager with Corporate Coach Academy. Estee was also the Digital Media Director in Malaysian Association of Certified Coaches (MACC) and currently an advisor to MACC. Estee’s mission is to help people discover and unlock their true potentials by raising awareness through Coaching. As someone who is a firm believer on the principles of coaching and the potential of metaphysics, Estee aspires to integrate the knowledge base of these two domains and incorporate them into her coaching clients. Enabling not only self-awareness of one’s true potential by unlocking the mind via powerful and systematic questions but by also leveraging on the knowledge of Metaphysics to understand the intrinsic potential of individuals and how they can leverage on this with coaching tools to unlock their full potential. Estee’s approach to coaching is rooted in the belief that every individual has the power to create the life they desire. Through a combination of mindfulness, personal reflection, and actionable steps, she has worked closely clients to identify and overcome their limiting beliefs, fears, and obstacles, giving clarity. By leveraging her extensive knowledge on coaching and Chinese metaphysics, she has provided her clients with unique insights into their personality, strengths, and life path. From there, she guides them through the process of identifying their goals and creating a roadmap to achieve them.
