Certified Mastery Coach, CCA / Professional Certified Coach, ICF - Helen brings with her a wealth of nearly 40 years’ experience in various business and functional operational areas and industries. She has worked with all levels in local organizations and multinationals in the education, financial services industries and outsourcing industries. As part of key senior management teams, Helen has extensive exposure in corporate strategic business areas with strong professional, executive and life coaching. Helen has taken the step to move from the corporate career to be a full-time coach-facilitator to pursue her passion in inspiring people to grow, develop and move forward. She has clocked in more than 2500 hours over the past 15 years, coaching senior leaders and executives, from various countries with different cultural and personal background. She focuses on getting the best out of the people she works with to enhance their competencies and capabilities, removing roadblocks to move themselves to the next level. Helen has, and continue to, mentor-coach to support and guide student coaches towards their coach certification. Helen has coached and trained in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Korea, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Philippines. Helen aspires to work with individuals to create awareness and learning to empower themselves to make positive holistic changes in their lives, to achieve what they want, at work and in life.
