Divya is a Life Coach with a mission to journey with others to grow and build meaningful relationships with themselves and others. With 12 years of experience in learning programmes development she is currently the Instructional Design Developer with People Potential. She was previously a Life Skills Coach with Taylor’s University (Malaysia) where she facilitated the development of first-year degree and diploma students, harnessing their personal and social competencies by exposing them to tools and theories which promote Emotional Intelligence through active and experiential learning methodologies. Precedingly, Divya was instrumental in developing various youth leadership initiatives with Leaderonomics Youth before venturing into talent development and assessment with the Corporate Division of Leaderonomics where she was a Learning and Growth Partner. With an energetic passion for young people, Divya finds natural fulfilment in making a difference in their lives, with a strong conviction that investing quality time in building genuine relationships being the best way to cultivate competent, effective and future-ready leaders. Divya is a Certified Professional Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a Certified Training Professional with the institute of Training and Occupational Learning (iTOL) in the UK. She is also a member of the Malaysian Association of Corporate Coaches (MACC). Divya completed her Masters in Applied Psychology in Coaching at Help University and also holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Biology, with a major in Environmental Science and Management from University of Malaya. In her free time, Divya enjoys good stories (through books, motion pictures and stage plays), traveling and doodling. Her appetite for people development constantly pushes her out of her comfort zone to learn and understand the people she comes into contact with by being an effective listener and encouraging them with her sprightly demeanor.
