Eileen is an empowering coach who helps people experiment with strengths-based solutions in their professional and personal lives that leads to their self-defined success.
With 20 years’ experience developing older teens on self-esteem and certified as a Coach by the Canadian Council of Professional Certification, her coaching conversations reinforced positive behavioral changes in her coachees. When she previously worked in the Learning Department of a global automotive company, she also coached the participants of her facilitated courses related to customer service, motivation, positive working attitude, communication skills and business English.
