Coach Sham has 32 years of experience in the working environment in various departments in her organization. She left her full-time job to pursue her passion in Coaching & Training. She helps busy working professionals and individual to overcome burnout by focusing with their priorities and building confidence to have a well-balanced life. She is a Certified Master Life Coach - Transformation Academy, Certified Associate Coach – ICF ASCTH and Certified Trainer – HRD Corp. She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Derby, UK. & Diploma in HR from James Watt of Further & Higher Education, Scotland. She has conducted more than 500 coaching hours session. She has given talks in her NGO, High school and in Networking events. She is now actively conducting webinars, mentoring and one to one coaching to help people build confidence, have a balanced life and improve personal growth. Coach Sham started her training in a Multi-National Company as an in-house trainer in various fields. She was able to implement new and customized compliance process training for Sales & Aftersales team and basic Warehouse Management in her organization and in Private Sectors as well – Goal Setting, Coaching Skills and What is Coaching. She has trained more than 500 participants from Malaysia, Singapore, India, Philippines and Indonesia. She is also an Associate Trainer for Freedom Discovery Management Sdn Bhd & Reskills Edtech Sdn Bhd.
