Membership Criteria
Honorary Member
- Not more than 5 at any one time for a period ranging from 3 to 5 years.
- Subscription Fee: Complimentary.
Life Member
- Any Ordinary Member who has opted to make a one-off payment.
- Subscription Fee: One time payment of RM 2,000.

Ordinary Member
- ICF-credentialed, certified or trained coaches. Anyone pursuing or have taken at least one module of an ICF-accreditated program.
- Certified coaches from non-ICF accreditated programs, recognized by MACC to be of sufficient standing to ICF coach-learning standards.
- Subscription Fee: – 2-year membership at RM300 (If joining in the 2nd half of year, will be at RM225)
- Subscription Fee: - 4-year membership at RM500 (if joining in the 2nd half of year, will be at RM437.50)
Associate Member
- 1 year subscription fee of RM100.
- No Subsidy for Coach Camp.
- Non-voting rights and not allowed to be office bearers
Corporate Member
- RM1,200 for a membership period of 12 months
- May register up to 12 persons from the organisation
- No subsidy for Coaching Camp, Coach Retreat or other major events
- No voting rights and not eligible to hold committee positions.
Global Member
- One-off payment of RM300
- Has attended a formal coach certification program.
- Terms of membership is "lifetime" but void if member returns to Malaysia and becomes an Ordinary Member.
- No voting rights and not eligible to hold committee positions.
- No subsidy for coaching camp.

It is an independent and non-profit national coach community of certified and/or trained coaches, and coach-students of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and other coach-learning institutions that are universally renowned for their ability to produce high quality and creditable coaches.
