6th Annual General Meeting

NOTICE OF 6th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 6^th Annual General Meeting of the Malaysian Association of Certified Coaches (MACC) will be held as follows :

Date:                14 March 2015 (Sat)
Time:               0930 – 1130 hours
Venue:             Level 11, Wisma HELP, Jalan Dungun, Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur
Dress Code:     Smart Casual

The AGENDA for the meeting shall be as follows :

1.         Opening Address by the President
2.         Confirmation of the Minutes of the 5th AGM
3.         Matters Arising
4.         Treasurer’s Report and Audited Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014
5.         Committee’s Report for year 2014
6.         Presentation on MACC’s Strategic Thrusts & Plans for 2015
7.         Discussion and Voting on Resolutions/Motions received (if any)
8.         Any Other Business

Here’s what you can do:

a)    Confirm your attendance by replying to this email as soon as possible; 

b)      If you are unable to attend the AGM, pls fill up the Proxy Form and send it to the Executive Secretary (contact@malaysiancoaches.com) by 12 March 2015 (Thurs);

c)       If you would like to raise motion/resolutions, pls do so in writing to the Executive Secretary (contact@malaysiancoaches.com) by 9 March 2015 (Monday).  

We would like to have sufficient quorum to conduct the AGM by 0930 am!
